I Have Had Recent Pain In My (left Side) Chest

I have had recent pain in my (left side) chest This was said to be muscular by a gp. The pain spread into the left arm and did increase with movement. I never have believed or felt any issues with my heart. I've had this for about 3/4 weeks. A week ago I did feel rough, generally off rather than ill. The pain is in no way as bad now but I have noticed that I have pain and slightly swollen points in both forearms around the Cubital nodes area. Any thoughts?
