I Have Had Recurrent Nausea With Some Pain In Right

I have had recurrent nausea with some pain in right epigastric area and in the middle if my back. Loss of energy and appetite. I have had my gallbladder removed but the pain seems similar to that? It's nausea no real vomiting but I don't feel like getting up doing things.
