I Have Had Recurring Epstein Barr For Years Now And

I have had recurring Epstein Barr for years now and the occurrences are coming back now yearly. I have chronic fatigue syndrome also. I teach and would like to continue to work. I have headaches daily, swollen spleen and lymph nodes, the cough has gotten a little better. What can I do? I am tired of this virus reactitivating ? also What can I do so that I can have knee replacements this summer?
