I Have Had Redish Thin Paper In My Stools, What

I have had redish thin paper in my stools, what is this? My stool is normal besides that, nrmal size, medium brown, wtc. I dont know if this is actual paper or something else. I noticed it sticking out of my stools, maybe 1/5 th inch wide and i dont know how long. I have a little pain in my lower stomach kind of similar to menstrual cramps
