I Have Had Reduced Sensation In My Toes For A

I have had reduced sensation in my toes for a number of w eels. Today the sensation ( not really pins and needles but close) covered my entire feet. The altered sensation feels very strange.

I had Diabetes T2 now reversed and my HbA1C has been around 5.0 to 5.2 for the past several years. My fasting insulin is normal and I eat a low carb diet. I've lost 12 kgs over the past12 months and reduced blood pressure medication by half. Now 92 kg. I would have though my peripheral circulation would be better, not worse?
Had an angiogram last year with all scores zero.

But these tingling and reduced sensations over my feet and ankles are real and worrying.
