I Have Had Reoccurring UTIs In The Past Few Years.

I have had reoccurring UTIs in the past few years. I use the bathroom, shower, and use unscented sensitive skin soap by Dove after intercourse. Additionally I was prescribed antibiotics (nitrofurantion) to take after intercourse. After about two years of that, I stopped taking the antibiotic and haven't had another UTI. Unfortunately, in the past year I have been experiencing painful intercourse and sometimes painful urination. I have tested negative for Gonorreah , clymidia and syphylius. However I have had a few bacterial infections and yeast infections. I've been prescribed fluconazole, azirhromycin, and metronidazole to treat those infections. I had an ultrasound to see if I possibly had endometriosis but the doctors found nothing. I am not pregnant. I had my thiyroid tested and nothing was abnormal. My last Pap smear had a little blood-i was told this was due to a bacterial infection. I have been on birth control pills for several years. I am 25, I am still in pain but can't seem to get a resolution.
