I Have Had Reoccurring Itchy Clear Fluid Filled Blisters In

I have had reoccurring itchy clear fluid filled blisters in the exact same place on the outside, top of my fourth and fifth toes on my right foot since the third week of June when I went camping and wore flip flops the whole week. I have treated with lamisil Otc, nystatin/triamcinolone cream, apple cider vinegar soaks, tea tree oil and oil of oregano and nothing has stopped these blisters from reoccurring! Any ideas?
