I Have Had Root Canal Done Twice On Canine Tooth

I have had root canal done twice on canine tooth that was infected finished round clindamycin and been on penicillin 500 mg four times day past 5 days still have pain and swelling left cheek and ear pain..concerned about abcess in my sinus cavity my dentist does not seem to concerned should I get head ct or what should I do.. I don't feel well
