I Have Had Sarcoidosis In The Past With 1reocurence Within

I have had sarcoidosis in the past with 1reocurence within the past 15 years, I am now experiencing SOB with little to no exetiono exertion. Is it possible I may be experiencing another relapse? I am also very stressed due to my husband age 66 having had a major stroke in 2015. I am his primary caregiver, he is unable to do anything for himself..I must toilet him, fix his food being sure it is cut into small bite size pieces, he is basically confined to bed or wheelchair. And must be monitored while eating to prevent choking. Is it possible the SsOB is due to thisstress?
