I Have Had Scleritis For 4 Years Now And Have

I have had scleritis for 4 years now and have had every treatment even chemotherapy. I have flare ups about 4 times a week now I am on tramadol but it not working so dr has put me on palexia 100mg twice a day and tapering off tramadol but the palexia isn't keeping the pain away I'm also taking lyrica, methotrexate, serequel, pristiq, Valtrex, imuran . Is there anything else like surgery or anything I'm desperate. Amy
