I Have Had Several UTI's, And Have Taken 2 Rounds

I have had several UTI's, and have taken 2 rounds of antibiotics, I had a cat scan that concluded I had no kidney stones, but an inch wide cyst on my left kidney and a small cyst on my liver and arthritis in my back. I am still hurting like I still have a UTI even after the antibiotics.
