I Have Had Several Bumps Form At Random Places Around

I have had several bumps form at random places around my hairline. Some have healed just fine. They do not seem to be pus filled. I have a group of 3 similar bumps at base of neck. they aren't too red but tender and sore to touch. I am afraid they may be staph but can not tell bc not pus and some have went away. they aren't very noticable
