I Have Had Several Episodes Of Nonexertional Chest Pain. Lasts

I have had several episodes of nonexertional chest pain. Lasts an hour. No relief with position. Pain is cramp like. Begins under right breast, radiates into back under scapula, and eventually substernal. Does not feel like acid reflux, which I have. No apparent relation to eating. I am wondering about gall bladder. I had a normal 0% calcium score by coronary CT in January.
