I Have Had Several Episodes Of What I Thought Were

I have had several episodes of what I thought were seizures but don't fit the seizure description. I've had 4 different diagnosis from ER's. What happens is extreme jaw clenching or spasm that is very violent and breaks teeth but the symptoms go on for HOURS if not interrupted by Ativan. I have severe migraines and I have never had this happen without a migraine or at least severe headache at the same time. I thought it was seizure because I have zero control over it. Any ideas. I have a neurology appointment this month but I don't particularly like the doctor. I'm a disabled vet using the VA system so my choices are limited on who I see without paying everything out of pocket. Thank you.
