I Have Had Several Instances Where I Feel As If

I have had several instances where I feel as if my brain takes a flip. It actually causes me to stumble. The dizziness is overwhelming and takes hours to feel normal again. Scraesxmebto think this could happen while driving. Was standing at sink and felt like I was lurching forward and actually bumped into sink.
