I Have Had Several Spinal Fractures As I Have Osteoporosis.

I have had several spinal fractures as I have osteoporosis.
I doen't know if this is related to this condition or not.
I will tell you I have had severe muscle spasms in the past
this is not the same.
When I get up in the morning I feel not too bad. After
being up for a while (and this happens on an empty stomach.
My abdomen begins to swell up. Sometimes I feel like
I can't breath, everything gets so tight and distended around
my middle. My breasts feel like they are also very heavy.
I have had nothing to eat, sometimes just a cup of tea.
It is not gas, no dairy allergy. What is going on
