I Have Had Several Sporadic Episodes Where I Can't Take

I have had several sporadic episodes where I can't take in a breath (feels like my throat closes up) to point where I feel like I will pass out after drinking any liquid that goes down my throat the wrong way - spicy or vinegar seems to affect me more.
