I Have Had Several Virtual Physicals And I Always Have

I have had several virtual physicals and I always have zero chance of heart disease but what they have shown was an abnormal thyroid. When I had this checked closer they found nodes which they biopsies and came back benign. I have developed a fluttery feeling in my upper chest and throat. Could this be related to my thyroid? Also, I'm 58 and female. Finished with menopause 6 years ago.
