I Have Had Several White Spots On My Tongue. They

I have had several white spots on my tongue. They do get sore and have a very small hole. One started over a year ago on one side now I have one on each side. Tonight when I was eating an ice cream cone my tongue started bleeding in two spots. With preasure it stopped but I am concerned. Any ideas of what could be happening.
