I Have Had Severe Body Muscle Spasms For Over 2

I have had severe body muscle spasms for over 2 weeks. Have been to dr twice and All the blood work comes back totally normal. Not dehydrated and have even tried various home remedies. Was given muscle relaxant which did nothing. Severe pain and inability to do ADL. Anything you might think would be the reason. Would it be an orthopedist or a neurologist that would be the specialist about this.
