I Have Had Severe Diarrhea For 14 Days. At It's

I have had severe diarrhea for 14 days. At it's worse I was going 30x day. Now I have loose stools 8-10x day. Just a little nausea and up set stomach. Pep to Bismarck doesn't help and Imodium helps a little bit. It has been a yellow color all along. No bloody stools. What do you think?
