I Have Had Severe Dizziness, Room Spinning And Diarrhea For

I have had severe dizziness, room spinning and diarrhea for three days, but today is improving. Was just checking, as I thought it could be food poisoning rather than flu. It hit so hard and fast. Could hardly walk to chair and bathroom. Today is better so I can maneuver now. But I was just curious, thus checking this site. And wondering, if it happens again, then what? Just wait it out? No way I could have gotten to doctor, or even unlock a door for paramedics. I guess my only question would be if it happens again, how long do I wait it out before seeking help? Or is waiting it out the remedy?
