I Have Had Severe Eye Fishing Syndrome For The Past

I have had severe eye fishing syndrome for the past 4-5yrs. My vision for the first time has been blurry for a week now. The mucus is to the point now where it feels like its tugging at my eye,painful,,and after sleeping my eyelids are weighed down and hurts too open them. (not crusted closed) I have also developed a small white cloudy dot (size of a pencil lead) in my eye almost in my pupil. Whats happening?
