I Have Had Severe Foot Pain In My Right Foot

I have had severe foot pain in my right foot for 2+weeks. I have had gout before and thought this might be a flare up but it is not acting like my previous gout attacks from 10 years ago and I have been taking Indo with no positive change. xrays showed no fracture and ultrasound was negative for blockages.
I have red/purplish spots on heel and toes in addition to the central pain on top of foot that are worse than 2 days ago. They are so painful even to slight touch.
