I Have Had Severe Nasal Congestion For Four Days, And

I have had severe nasal congestion for four days, and a slight sore throats from time to time. I can smell and taste, but my nose is so clogged that I'm having trouble breathing and holding routine conversations. My nose is runny, but the phlegm is not greenish or thick. Occasional sneezing at first. No aches, but a bit of General fatigue. Is it just a common cold or an allergy? Or a sinus infection? How long should I wait to see a doctor? I am female aged 64, South Asian living in the US for 30 years.Thanks
