I Have Had Severe Pain For 6 Days Starting With

I have had severe pain for 6 days starting with my left ear lobe. At first I thought it was a spider bite, but there is zero bite signs. The pain is sensitivity to touch, even clothing hurts my skin. The pain has traveled to my upper left arm, a small area on the lower left base of my skull, and is making my left shoulder sore to move. I have seen my Dr. who only wants to associate this to heart problems, even after an EKG was AOK. I am very frustrated because there is very poor medical help in my area, and I really need to know what is causing this pain. There is no rash, no reddness, just constant pain.
