I Have Had Severe Pain In My Lower Right Abdomen

I have had severe pain in my lower right abdomen for over a week. I'm 36 yo and have had a partial hysterectomy 6 years ago (still have ovaries) I've been to the ER 3 times & the doctor 2 times for this. I was told first it was stomach virus (no fever, vomiting, diarrhea), CT and Ultrasound came back normal. Pain started to spread upward in my abdomen, went to ER again, was told it was shingles (but no rash)
Went to my doctor to follow up & he said I was just constipated. I went home had several substantial bowel movements and STILL hurt. ER again & they referred me to a surgeon. Surgeon put me on antibiotics for swollen lymph nodes, but STILL in pain
