I Have Had Severe Pain In My Right Knee With

I have had severe pain in my right knee with the pain radiating to the back of the knee and calf. I have seen two Drs and got injections from both. I have a follow up appointment next week with an Ortho surgeon. I first experienced acute pain the first of February. The knee does have some fluid on it as well as acute arthritis. Is it possible that this is a meniscus tear?
