I Have Had Severe Problems Feeling The Urge To Urinate

I have had severe problems feeling the urge to urinate sometimes I am able sometimes not. I can go 5times in an hour and still have the urge and that's almost around the clock. I have had blood in my urine in the past and also stents put in on both sides of my urithra tubes. Doctor told me after, the left side was very scarred most likely from stones. I take AZO probably to much though it doesn't help much, but don't want the stents again because they didn't help but for about a week but I REALLY need relief. Not sure it matters but I have had a number of health problems and surgeries in the past including 3csections a hysterectomy and 2 back surgery due tot this I did have an IV drug problem for a while and am hep c positive. I know I should see my doc again but I'm tired of pointless and painful operation s. Please help.
