I Have Had Shigles Very Regularly Since 2000 And Haven't

I have had shigles very regularly since 2000 and haven't taken proly anything a doctor has prescribed Nothing has seemed to work and has almost debilitated me. Nobody will listen to me! I sometimes have the breakouts and then sometimes I don't. The pain has caused other medical issues. I don't know what else to do? My feet are almost non existing and when it hits it hits my whole body and I'm done! Symtoms are kinda like the flu but worse. ANY ADVICE!!!
