I Have Had Shingles For About 4 Weeks Around The

I have had shingles for about 4 weeks around the left shoulder and all the way down my left arm. I am taking Lyrica and tricyclics antidepressant right now and have been for about 3 weeks. The pain is always still there and now I am feeling muscle weakness in my left arm. When I try to lift anything my arm will shake and be painful. I am a pianist and it even affects my playing. Will this muscle weakness go away on its own or should I see a neurologist. I am a 50 year old female. I would appreciate any help.
