I Have Had Shingles For Over 2 Months, Have Used

I have had shingles for over 2 months, have used several remedies one from my dr. triamcinolone which hasn't seemed to help. The awful rash is on my calfs, thighs, arms and some on my face.I have a lot of allergies so wonder if some of the rash could be caused by the topical treatments? I also have fibromyalgia but usually don't have too much problem with it but have had terrible pain in my back, hip and legs which is better now. I am more concerned with the awful rash which isn't improving.
