I Have Had Shingles For The Last Two Years, It

I have had shingles for the last two years, it used to be every couple of months and now I have an episode every month. The rash is small but my symptoms are tiredness, headaches and awful pain. I also suffer from linchen schellrous as well as last year having a craniotomy as u had a large parasagital menginoma. Is there a connection? Help
