I Have Had Shoulder And Neck Pain For 9 Mths

I have had shoulder and neck pain for 9 mths it never goes away but some days is worse then others. I get shooting pain around nm ear and down the neck. Also burning pain in my shoulder that is always there. massage seems to help muscles relax a bit but doesn't take away the pain
