I Have Had Shoulder Pain For 3 Months Now. I

I have had shoulder pain for 3 months now. I have had an x-ray, MRI, and nerve study done. The Dr determined that I have tendinitis and bursitis in my shoulder. Cortisone shot made it much worse. There is also a divot in my arm that is caused by the body eating the fatty tissue. What is the medical term for that and also what can I do to help with the pain? The nerve study came back fine. My current doctor has no idea what to do about it.
