I Have Had Sinus Congestion And Lung Congestion And Stomach

I have had sinus congestion and lung congestion and stomach nausea for well over a year. I have tried all the nasal sprays prescription and over the counter along with singular fexofenadine etc all with little effect.
I received a shot from a new doctor. She said it was a steroid shot. Now I feel the best I have in years even my stomach .Does this make sense? How long will it last? It is a real luxury for me to be able to breathe from both nostrils.
