I Have Had Sinus Infection For Two Days Which Now

I have had sinus infection for two days which now seems like has turned into complete cold. Ive taken sinus med, excedrin migraine and also have to take zantac daily. I woke up with pain in lower right side of my back and a bruise the size of a tennis ball.
