I Have Had Sinus Pressure ( Almost Feels Like The

I have had sinus pressure ( almost feels like the bridge of my nose is swollen), heavy eyes ( that feel like the want to shut constantly, tiredness, sometimes feel like I can't get enough air in and a headache. I wake up ok and then within a few hours all of these symptoms occur. What could it be?
