I Have Had Sinus Problems For About 6 Months Now

I have had sinus problems for about 6 months now n have daily headaches tried antibiotics, beconase spray, naproxen and amitriptyline for headache nothing is working don't feel stufy nose more blocked at back of nose/throat, have lots of mucus in throat and dripping in back of throat too dry nasal passages and sick of the headaches???
