I Have Had Sinus Problems For About A Week Now.

I have had sinus problems for about a week now. They are worse in the evenings where I can barely breathe and it is getting worse. Now I have an ear ache, cannot hear, have a slight fever (100.4). I was wondering if I should go to the emergency room to be checked out?

I have decided not to use this service. I didn't realize it was going to cost money. Thank you for your time anyway.
