I Have Had Sniffles For The Past Few Days And

I have had sniffles for the past few days and at night i couldnt breath through my nose. Today blew my nose and to my shock, this fluid/mucus filled sack that had veins came out my nose, it had the appearance of an embreonic sack, about the size of a grape. I would like to know what this is please!..
