I Have Had Some Light Pink Spotting On Day 21

I have had some light pink spotting on day 21 of 28 in my cycle. It lasted a few hours then went away. The next day my panties were wet at work with a brown/pink liquid like. Mild cramping and my lower back feels weird. My nipples are red and my period isnt due until the 11th. Whats going on?
