I Have Had Some Neck Muscle/traps Issues Over The Past

I have had some neck muscle/traps issues over the past few months.. had a massage today and after did some cold/heat therapy... I believe the heat pack burned my skin... doesnt hurt but has a large harder lump underneath the skin like swelling or adema..
