I Have Had Some Pain On My Right Side For

I have had some pain on my right side for about 3-4 weeks. Also I experience sudden diarrhea. This is not constant, but still not normal. I have had a endoscopy and colonoscopy within the last year. Wondering if this can be gallbladder related it if I need to have some tests done. The pain is not constant, but does make me uncomfortable at night. Resting on my left side relieves it some.
