I Have Had Some Pain On My Right Upper Thigh

I have had some pain on my right upper thigh in the back near my vagina for a while. I thought maybe it was a yeast infection or something like that. I have been feeling around for any signs to be more concerned and havent found any. So then today i pressed down a little harder and found a small lump about the size of a cherry. Im sure it has been there for a while. I am very worried.
