I Have Had Some Sensitivity On The Crown Of My

I have had some sensitivity on the crown of my head, On the left side for several days. Then I began to feel like I had some blind spots in my peripheral vision (left eye). It comes and goes somewhat. Now I am beginning to feel sort of a tingling/numbness sensation on the left side of my face from my eye down to the side of my chin. What possible things could this be? Do I need to go to an ER, or can it wait?
