I Have Had Some Severe Headache And Somewhat Mild Upper

I have had some severe headache and somewhat mild upper abdominal pain/discomfort for the past 5 days. The symptoms appeared to be going away but the I have this nagging headache that seems to be in the center of my head that wont go away. It is not as severe as before and won't respond to ibuprofen. When I walk I feel the pain and discomfort in the upper abdominal area and when I cough/sneeze I feel the pain in my head more severely and a little in my upper abdomen.
