I Have Had Some Whitish Coloring On The Vaginal Area

I have had some whitish coloring on the vaginal area with some itching and used zinc oxide cream and gold bond medicated powder. It doesn't itch now but it feels a bit like there are some small bumps almost a bit like scar tissue in that area. Any other creams or something I could try?
