I Have Had Some Yellowish Discharge From My Right Nipple

I have had some yellowish discharge from my right nipple and it is getting more painful and and starting to hurt into my rib cage. I am getting treated for it by Augmentin and it does not seem to be getting better and I have no chance of being pregenut or have not breastfeed. What should I do?
