I Have Had Sores In My Nose For About A

I have had sores in my nose for about a month. I have not had a cold or runny nose so not sure why crust would form. When I try to get it out it bleeds. I've tried triple antibiotic ointment to no avail and cannot get into my ENT until mid-February. Suggestions?
